How to renew your registration
You will only receive a renewal of registration if you select a 12 month registration in your initial application, as shown in the image below.
If you receive a renewal of registration and you do not wish to renew, you can let your council know by selecting the 'do not renew' button. If you wish to change to a short-term registration, please contact your principal council.
How to renew your registration
When your council issues your renewal you will receive an email notifying you.
Step 1. Login to your account
Step 2. There should be a green banner towards the top of your account overview page. Select the 'renew registration' button.
Step 3. Select the renew button to complete your registration. If you do not want to renew simply select the 'do not renew' button.
Step 4. Complete all sections of the renewal form and select the 'submit' button.
